Mike Conners

Coach Mike Conners teams have won six state titles. During his twenty-five years of coaching at Fulton, Coach Conners Red Raiders have been state ranked each and every year - including an incredible twenty seasons in the states top ten. He has over 500 dual meet wins to his credit.

Under Coach Conners leadership, Fulton has won eighteen Section III Dual Titles, fifteen Section III Interclass Tournament titles and twenty-four Section III Class A Tournament titles. He has coached thirty-eight individual sectional champs and twenty state place-winners.

Mike Conners was recently honored as the 2011 Section III Coach of the Year. In 2004, he was runner-up for National Coach of the Year.

Mike was a Section III Champion and New York State Champion for Baldwinsville High School. He is a member of the NCAA Division III Hall of Fame and the St Lawrence University Hall of Fame where he was a two-time All-American and NCAA Division III National Champion.

Mike is married to Betsy Conners and they have two sons Michael and Tim.

25 Year Coach of the Fulton Wrestling Club, which services wrestlers in the Oswego County Area.

4 Time Coach of the Niagra AAU Team to the AAU Junior Olympics.

7 year Assistant Coach at the Empire Games for the Central Region.

Co-Founder of the Lawrence Conners Memorial Duals and Scholarship Fund. The meet is a Senior All-Star meet for Section 3 athletes. The meet is in its 4th year and we have given out $4,000 in Scholarships to deserving athletes in Section 3.

Co-Tournament Director For the Oswego County Christmas Tournament(Ken Haines Memorial Tournament) which is held at SUNY Oswego and attracts over 20 teams a year since 2002, and at Fulton High School since 1988-1999.

Worked numerous camps, including Mitch Clark Boot Camp, St. Lawrence University, Great Lakes, Brockport (Oklahoma Gold), Cornell and Former Camp Director at SUNY Oswego.
